Virginia Hart has worked with gifted students for 44 years and has been with the Hope Center for 20 years. She has earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education, with a minor in Gifted Education from Kent State University. In addition, she has received a Colorado Teaching License and is Director certified.
