Carol Kobobel

Carol Kobobel has worked at the Hope Center for 16 years. She earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education, and a Master of Arts in Literacy and Curriculum from Metropolitan State University of Denver. She also earned a Ph.D. in Education from Walden University, specializing in instruction and curriculum. Through the Colorado Department of Human Services and the Colorado Department of Education, Kobobel received her Early Childhood Professional Credential Level 6 and is Director Qualified.   She is a member of the National Black Child Development Institute (NBCDI), National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and High Scope. She enjoys participating in parent involvement functions that strengthen school, family, and community partnerships.
