Otis Preston

A native of Colorado, Otis Preston graduated from Manual High School and attended Texas Southern University, where he attained an associate degree in Criminal Justice. He has been with the Hope Center for over 20 years and has worn numerous hats, including production supervisor, production manager, and current vocational program coordinator. Preston serves on the Parkhill Collective Impact and 303 Artway boards.
