The Work Services program provides developmentally disabled adults with vocational skills training and remunerative work. Ourgoal is to identify and develop appropriate work skills and habits necessary to maximize employability in a sheltered work environment and in competitive employment. This program provides training in workshop settings, where each client learns new skills necessary to work on many different tasks and eventually takes part in a wide variety of jobs. Jobs may include shrink wrapping, small parts assembly, mailing, labeling, collating and sorting.

Alternative programming and work training skills are based on actual contracts and time studies. This training helps develop the skills necessary to work on many different tasks and in different job situations.
